Wallet and payouts
Two balances, how they fund packs, and how cashouts work.
Wallet vs. bonus
Wallet balance is real money you deposited or earned from cash sellbacks. Bonus balance is store credit you earned from sellback_credit decisions, signup bonuses, promo codes, contests, and giveaways. Both fund packs.
Wager requirement on bonus
Some bonuses come with a wager requirement (default 2x). The bonus moves to the wallet bucket after you wager enough through pack purchases. Free signup bonuses currently have no wager.
Cashout
Cashouts come from the wallet balance only. Submit a request from the Cashout page. Manual approval typically within one business day. KYC verification is required for the first cashout.
